the stars in the sky

mean something

the water in the sea

means something

the future of this world

means something

but you mean much more to me

in this moment
i remember
all the times
we spent together
i hear the words
you once said to me
"i'm so glad you set me free"

pick up the pieces of my heart

the ones that were held in place at the start

the ones that you threw on the ground

and made my life a living merry go round

i hope you realize your mistakes

the pain you bring me with each breath you take

all my life i thought you were the one

now i know that i was wrong
